Nora has 31 years of banking experience and is currently the Community Development Officer for Enterprise Bank & Trust, where she identifies, builds, cultivates and maintains strong partnerships in the Bank’s LMI communities. In her past work experience Nora led the CRA Program as the Community Reinvestment Officer for First Choice Bank. In this role she was responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act Compliance Program. 

Nora is active in the community and is a board member of KidSingers in Anaheim and a member/team leader of the AEI Financial Education & Speakers Bureau (FESB) Working Group. 

Nora holds an associate degree in liberal arts from Orange Coast College and a certificate in Human Resources. Her hobbies are hiking, traveling and community service.
